As we look back on 2018, we had a slight softening of the market with total number of sales and median price down slightly from the previous year.  The median sales price for single family homes was down 0.5% at $1,200,000, but the average sales price was up 3% from 2017 at $1,742,749.   The median sale price of condominium however, were up 7% this year at $680,000.  To see the breakdown by neighborhood or to read the entire market report, send an email to
