Santa Barbara

The Neighborhood

Nestled between The Santa Ynez Mountains and The Pacific Ocean, Santa Barbara is one of the most beautiful cities along the California Coast.  Often called “The American Riviera” for it's historic Spanish architecture, mild Mediterranean climate, and vibrant local community, the city is located 100 miles north of Los Angeles and home to some 90,000 residents.  The entire county, which includes The Santa Ynez Valley and the surrounding wine country to the north, has a population closer to 250,000 people.  Santa Barbara is a highly desirable place to live, work, and visit because of the sunny weather, gorgeous beaches, plentiful parks, extensive hiking trails, world class restaurants, colleges, high tech companies, & elaborate farmers market's. Santa Barbara residents are known for enjoying an active, outdoor lifestyle.
